1. Delivery Areas

  • Ruchi Rider delivers only within areas supported by our delivery network.

  • The app uses smart location detection to show stores and services available near your address.


2. Order Processing

  • Once you place an order, it is sent to the respective store for processing.

  • Orders are confirmed via the app, and you will receive notifications about the order status.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed in the app for each order.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on:

    • Product availability

    • Traffic or weather conditions

    • Distance from the store to your delivery location

  • While we strive for timely delivery, Ruchi Rider is not responsible for delays beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Distance from the store

    • Type of product or service

  • Any promotional free delivery offers will be applied as indicated in the app.


5. Order Tracking

  • You can track your order live in the app through the “My Orders” section.

  • Delivery status updates will notify you of:

    • Order confirmation

    • Preparation by the store

    • Dispatch

    • Out for delivery

    • Delivered


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Ensure your phone is reachable and the delivery address is accurate.

  • If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned or canceled.

  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us immediately via email with order ID and photos.

  • Ruchi Rider will arrange:

    • Replacement, or

    • Refund according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy
