Ruchi Rider delivers only within areas supported by our delivery network.
The app uses smart location detection to show stores and services available near your address.
Once you place an order, it is sent to the respective store for processing.
Orders are confirmed via the app, and you will receive notifications about the order status.
Estimated delivery times are displayed in the app for each order.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
Product availability
Traffic or weather conditions
Distance from the store to your delivery location
While we strive for timely delivery, Ruchi Rider is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on:
Distance from the store
Type of product or service
Any promotional free delivery offers will be applied as indicated in the app.
You can track your order live in the app through the “My Orders” section.
Delivery status updates will notify you of:
Order confirmation
Preparation by the store
Dispatch
Out for delivery
Delivered
Ensure your phone is reachable and the delivery address is accurate.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned or canceled.
Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us immediately via email with order ID and photos.
Ruchi Rider will arrange:
