At Ruchi Rider, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping and delivery experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you can cancel orders and request refunds.
You can cancel an order before it is processed or dispatched.
To cancel an order, go to My Orders in the app and select the order you wish to cancel.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, the payment will be refunded according to your payment method.
Note: Orders that are already being delivered or have been dispatched cannot be canceled.
Ruchi Rider reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
Unavailability of products
Incorrect pricing or technical errors
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately via the original payment method.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, usually within 5–7 business days.
Partial refunds may be issued in case of partial order fulfillment.
Some products (e.g., groceries, medicine, perishable items) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
To request a return, contact our support with order details and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Approved returns will be refunded after verification.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after the order is processed or dispatched
Delays caused by third-party delivery issues beyond our control
Perishable or time-sensitive items that have been delivered
