Refund & Cancellation Policy for Ruchi Rider

Effective Date: 1 March 2026

At Ruchi Rider, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for products and services ordered through our app.


1. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order before it is marked as “Out for Delivery”.

  • To cancel, go to My Orders in the app and select Cancel Order.

  • Cancellation requests after the order is out for delivery may not be accepted.


2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for canceled orders or in case of product/service issues.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary based on the payment provider, typically 3–7 business days.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact our support immediately via email: cmsarvesh115@gmail.com.

  • Provide your order ID, photos, and a brief description.

  • We will review and offer either a replacement or a full refund.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are perishable, such as groceries, fruits, vegetables, dairy, and non-veg items, are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

  • Services that have already been rendered (e.g., vehicle rental completed) are non-refundable.
