At Ruchi Rider, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for products and services ordered through our app.
You can cancel an order before it is marked as “Out for Delivery”.
To cancel, go to My Orders in the app and select Cancel Order.
Cancellation requests after the order is out for delivery may not be accepted.
Refunds are processed only for canceled orders or in case of product/service issues.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary based on the payment provider, typically 3–7 business days.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact our support immediately via email: cmsarvesh115@gmail.com.
Provide your order ID, photos, and a brief description.
We will review and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Items that are perishable, such as groceries, fruits, vegetables, dairy, and non-veg items, are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Services that have already been rendered (e.g., vehicle rental completed) are non-refundable.
